Arroyo Completes the Sale of Renewable Generation Portfolio in Chile

HOUSTON (October 19, 2022) – Arroyo Investors is pleased to announce the successful sale of its Chilean renewable generation portfolio held in two companies, ARCO I and ARCO II.

Key highlights:

ARCO I is a utility scale portfolio of 115 MW of wind generation and 104 MW of solar generation assets located in Chile with long-term Offtake Agreements with Minera Los Pelambres.  ARCO II is a geographically diversified portfolio of 80 MW of renewable energy consisting of self-dispatched wind and solar technology in Chile that enhance energy security and supply to benefit the residents in more rural and underserved areas of Chile.

Since establishing the ARCO platform in 2017, Arroyo successfully grew this platform company by focusing on the acquisition and development of renewable projects in Chile.
