Stephen Brown joined Arroyo in 2024. Mr. Brown has more than 25 years of experience in energy infrastructure M&A and development including power, chemicals, and renewable fuels. Prior to Arroyo, Mr. Brown was a Partner in Buckhill Capital responsible for developing structured revenue solutions and equity offerings. While at Buckhill, Mr. Brown advised on the syndicated equity for the ACES-Delta integrated green hydrogen production and storage facility supporting the Intermountain power project and enabling a DOE loan guarantee. Mr. Brown was also a founding partner in a private equity funded renewable fuels venture in partnership with Holly-Frontier. Mr. Brown was a Vice President of structured transactions at El Paso Merchant Energy focusing on complex structured transactions in the energy industry supporting PPA restructurings, acquisition and greenfield project development. Mr. Brown graduated from Gannon University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He also holds an MBA with a minor in finance from the University of Central Florida.
