Marco Egidio joined Arroyo in 2022 and has over 7 years of investment banking experience focused on the energy and infrastructure sector. Prior to Arroyo, Mr. Egidio worked at BBVA and Scotiabank Investment Banking Division where he focused on M&A, Debt Capital Markets, and Project Finance in Chile and LatAm, participating in transactions over $7 bn. Additionally, during his time at BBVA, Mr. Egidio was part of the team that led ESG bond issuance in the Chilean capital markets. Mr. Egidio received his B.S. in Business from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and in 2022 he received his MBA degree with a concentration in Private Equity from London Business School. During his MBA, Mr. Egidio worked as an MBA Associate at Unigestion’s Private Equity Direct Investment Unit in London.
