Kimberly Glasspool joined Arroyo in 2019 with more than 15 years of experience in the power and infrastructure sector. Kimberly serves as managing director, general counsel and chief compliance officer, and she actively advises on investments across the firm’s portfolio. Prior to Arroyo, Ms. Glasspool was managing counsel at Cheniere Energy in Houston for 4 years, where she advised on the development, construction, financing and operation of liquefaction, terminalling and pipeline projects in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Prior to Cheniere Energy, Ms. Glasspool was an attorney with Bracewell LLP where she represented private equity firms and public companies in acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and investments in the energy infrastructure space. Ms. Glasspool received her BA in political science, graduating summa cum laude from Louisiana State University and her JD from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University.
