Kelley Coté joined Arroyo in 2025, bringing a wealth of experience from her diverse career in managerial and administrative positions.  Before joining Arroyo, she served in Investor Relations and Operations at a private equity firm.  Kelley also spent three years as an Executive Assistant at a commercial roofing company, where she adeptly managed the needs of three executives.  Her professional career began in education, teaching for over 14 years in Tomball ISD.  Mrs. Coté received a Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas A&M University.
