Jose Manuel Miquel joined Arroyo in 2023, with over 10 years of experience in the energy and renewables industry. Prior to joining Arroyo, Mr. Miquel worked in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse for Latin America, where he counseled on M&A advisories, debt and equity capital market issuances, and financing facilities. While employed at Credit Suisse, Mr. Miquel participated in M&A advisories for over $5 bn in the energy space. Previously, Mr. Miquel worked in Credicorp Capital, the Investment Banking Division of Credicorp Ltd. During his time there, Mr. Miquel executed M&A transactions, fairness opinions, and DCM and ECM issuances in various industries in Chile and the Andean region. Mr. Miquel holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
