Felipe Pinto joined Arroyo in 2015 and has 19 years of experience in the power and energy industries. Prior to Arroyo, Mr. Pinto worked in the Global Commodities Group of JP Morgan supporting its Commodity Finance and Structured Product offerings. While employed there, Mr. Pinto worked alongside Arroyo’s Founding Partners with a particular emphasis on developing opportunities in South America. Previously, Mr. Pinto worked at Credit Agricole in its Latin America Credit Markets group focusing on complex structured finance transactions in the energy industry including PPA restructurings, acquisition financings and greenfield project finance. Mr. Pinto graduated from Universidad de Los Andes in Bogota, Colombia with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds an MS in engineering from Northeastern University. Mr. Pinto is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
