Elizabeth Cathcart joined Arroyo in 2026. Prior to joining Arroyo, Ms. Cathcart worked as a Corporate Finance Associate at D.E. Shaw Renewable Investments (DESRI) in their CFO organization where she focused on corporate debt facilities. Previously, Ms. Cathcart worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Valuation Associate covering a broad range of industries including TMT, Consumer, Infrastructure, O&G, and Financial Services. Ms. Cathcart played collegiate basketball at Midwestern State University, where she received her B.S. in Marketing and MBA degree with a concentration in General Business. Ms. Cathcart then completed her Masters of Science in Finance at The McCombs School of Business.
