Diane Lancaster joined Arroyo in 2022 as senior counsel. Prior to Arroyo, Ms. Lancaster was an attorney with Bracewell LLP for over 18 years focusing on complex commercial litigation. While at Bracewell, Diane’s practice focused on representing clients in energy-related litigation, contract disputes, derivative litigation, and bankruptcy-related litigation. Ms. Lancaster’s experience in energy disputes involved a wide range of clients in the oil and gas and power industries. Ms. Lancaster has also represented clients in litigation involving former equity owners, directors, and officers of insolvent entities. Ms. Lancaster received a B.A. in liberal arts from the University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from Stanford University.
