Brandon Wax, CFA, joined Arroyo in 2022. Mr. Wax has more than 25 years of experience in commodities including trading, origination, M&A and finance. Prior to Arroyo, Mr. Wax was Managing Director and head of gas and power origination for JPM Chase Bank’s Global Commodities Group. He was responsible for the origination, pricing, execution and risk management of physical and financial power and gas transactions with an emphasis on renewable generation opportunities.  Mr. Wax structured and executed the first wind and solar project hedges for JPM. Following those initial transactions, he led or personally executed substantially all renewable project transactions in the Global Commodities Group for the past 15 years. These transactions were a cornerstone of the broader JPM sustainability initiative within the Investment Bank at JP Morgan. Mr. Wax graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in finance and holds a CFA designation.
